This is a four step application process. You are now on step 1. Read the instructions and click the link at the bottom to go to STEP 2. Continue until the process is complete. Safe Marina is looking for professional people with knowledge of security for boats all across North America. You will only be allowed to submit the following forms if you meet these minimum requirements:
The above are merely the minimum requirements. The actual application process will be lengthy, and time consuming, with testing, phone calls, interviews, reference checking, and more before you are allowed into the Safe Marina boat checking program. Once you are in, you will be on probation for three months (this may be longer in the winter in some areas for obvious reasons). During this probationary period, you WILL be watched like a hawk! Your work WILL be checked in detail. All complaints will be dealt with by immediate suspension, a brief consultation, and immediate dismissal if warranted. Even minor offenses will be dealt with by dismissal. (Impoliteness comes to mind, but many would not call that minor.) The above is merely to point out to you as a prospective employee that Safe Marina is dedicated to providing the best of the best in services and personnel. We deal directly with our client's very expensive boats and maintaining their trust in us is our number one concern. No one will be allowed to abuse that trust... ever! Safe Marina makes no promises that submission of the forms on the following pages will result in work of any kind coming your way. Submission of the forms is merely a preliminary step in the application process. Having said all of the above, if you are the right person in the right place, we will welcome you aboard with open arms. We treat our people well and have never dismissed anyone... because we have never had a complaint! That is how good we are and how good we expect you to be.
